SmileDent Dental Studio uses the latest technology to create a broad spectrum of unique Zirconia restorations.

Our own ZirkonZahn 5 axis CAD/CAM machine allows us to offer the highest quality product. A large capacity, white stripe light scanner provides extremely precise scans of the models, including those on fully adjustable articulators. The precision of this scanner, combined with unparalleled capability of the design software, makes this system ideal for scanning and designing big implant restorations as well as single, full contour units.

Having this technology in house allows us to control the quality and ensure timely delivery of the case.

Complimenting the CAD/CAM technology is our ZirkonZahn manual milling machine. Unlike the software driven systems, the manual copy milling system, poses no programming restrictions to the complexity of the design or the type and brand of the implants used in the case.
